Kleiman Healthcare Services

Naz Kleiman has been a dedicated Nurse Practitioner since 2018, holding certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2018.

With extensive experience across a variety of specialties—including Level 1 Trauma nursing, sexual assault recovery, addiction treatment, Workman’s Compensation, women’s health, and primary care—Naz is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare.

In 2021, she founded Kleiman Healthcare Services to better serve her community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Naz recently relocated to West Linn, Oregon, with her husband and children. She is an active member in her community serving as a liaison to Habitat for Humanity through the Young Men’s Service League (YMSL) and participating in the National Charity League (NCL). She also volunteers her time supporting alcoholics and drug addicts in the Greater Portland area, dedicated to making a positive impact locally.

So we built something different.

Kleiman Healthcare Services

Kleiman Healthcare Services is led by nurses who have worked on the front lines of care. One of our providers is an African American nurse practitioner who brings both clinical experience and a deep understanding of the communities we serve. We don’t do red tape. We don’t rush you in and out. And we don’t believe care should only happen when it’s convenient for the system.

All visits happen through video. You don’t have to drive in, sit in a waiting room, or rearrange your whole day. You see us from wherever you are. Just you and your provider, face to face.

We listen closely. We ask questions that matter. And we follow through. Whether you need support for something ongoing, a refill, or just someone to hear you out. Around here, you’re not a chart.

Our Health Mission

We started Kleiman Healthcare Services because too many people were slipping through the cracks. Appointments were hard to get. ER visits took hours. Simple things felt complicated. We knew it could be better.
