Naz Kleiman is a ANCC board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of nursing experience in trauma nursing, primary care, women’s health, urgent care, workmen’s comp, allergy testing and family medicine. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Walden University with Master of Science in Nursing.
Nikki Lopez is certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and began her nursing practice in 2008 while living in Cleveland, Ohio at the Cleveland Clinic. She has nearly 15 years of experience in a wide range of specialties including ENT, Respiratory, Workman’s Compensation, Orthopedics, Organ Transplant, Oncology, Cardiology, and Primary Care. Nikki continues to expand her knowledge after the completion of her Master of Science in Nursing with Chamberlain University. Through engagement in continuing education, she remains up to date with emerging medical advancements and continues to provide respectful, quality care to a variety of diverse populations.
Nikki relocated to Oregon in 2018 with her husband. She volunteers at her community free clinic and maintains a position working with veterans struggling with homelessness and use disorders throughout Oregon and Washington.

THIS was what I was looking for in a Doctor visit. Quite possibly the most thorough and welcoming appointment I've had in my adult life. Nazeneem (Naz) Kleiman tips the scale when it comes to quality of care. Very attentive to your words and how you're feeling - it was like she'd been my PCP this entire time, though I'd only just met her and her staff. Jaqueline was also very thorough and offered some great advice while I had my appointment. I went in for an annual physical and walked out of the appointment feeling seen, heard, and most important: confident.
The appointment was no-nonsense, realistic, and filled with great conversation that helped to ease my nerves of seeing a new physician for the first time in a long time. The office was crisp and clean - I had half a mind to ask if they just opened! I combed through my Insurance provider's website to find the RIGHT ONE and am glad she (Nazeneem) was there. I was able to schedule my appointment easily enough and be seen in a matter of days.
Everyone has their preferences and lists - I get it. Do yourself a favor and add Kleiman Healthcare Services to it. Get real and true value from your healthcare visits again.
