Naz Kleiman founded Kleiman Healthcare Services to bring honest, evidence-based, and patient-first medical care to the Tualatin community. An ANCC board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she holds nursing degrees from the University of Texas and Walden University and brings over 25 years of frontline experience with Alcohol/drug addiction and 20 years in clinical experience in: palliative/hospice care, trauma and urgent care, women and men’s health, primary care, and weight loss management.
Her comprehensive healthcare experience gives her a broad, real-world perspective on the full spectrum of patient needs. Naz remains personally involved in daily patient care and is known for combining strong clinical expertise with compassion, consistency, and transparency.
She focuses on building long-term relationships with patients and delivering evidenced based, personalized treatment plans that support lasting health outcomes—not rushed, volume-based medicine.

Naz Kleiman, FNP-BC, obtained her bachelor’s in nursing at the University of Texas (Hook ‘em Horns!) followed by her master’s in nursing at Walden University. Today, she is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of nursing experience and a distinguished background in primary care, chronic disease management, trauma/urgent care, women’s health, and weight loss management. She is the Founder and Medical Director of Kleiman Healthcare Services, where she delivers patient-centered, evidence-based care with an emphasis on trust, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Throughout her career, Naz has provided comprehensive care to diverse and medically complex populations, combining diagnostic precision with a personalized, relationship-driven approach. Her clinical expertise includes preventive care, women’s health, chronic disease management, acute and chronic condition management, and healthcare operations, supported by extensive experience across multiple EMR systems.
As a practice owner and clinical leader, Naz is deeply committed to advancing quality care while mentoring future healthcare professionals through active preceptorship and academic collaboration. As the only African American woman-owned healthcare practice in her area, she is motivated by a strong sense of purpose—to set a standard of excellence, representation, and innovation while ensuring every patient feels seen, respected, and empowered in their care.
